針對我司高地集團在“IFX EXPO Asia 2025”展會期間遭遇的惡意滋擾及毀壞財物事件，現將香港司法機關的最終處理結果公佈如下：

2025年10月27日，許*飛、陳*陽、陳*文三人在展會高地展位現場蓄意鬧事，並動手毀壞現場財物，嚴重擾亂了展會秩序和我司的正常商業活動，事件發生後，我司採取立即報警處理，涉案人員即被香港警方當場逮捕並依法拘留。

隨後轉交至香港法院審理，歷經一個多月的案件審理，於2025年12月依法判決，許*飛、陳*陽、陳*文此三人涉嫌觸犯香港法例《刑事罪行條例》（第200章）第60條“刑事毀壞罪”，在案件審理過程中，三名罪犯對所犯罪行供認不諱，並請求法庭從輕處理。最終法院裁定三名罪犯須向受害者高地集團賠付港幣2萬元（HK$20,000.00）作為損失補償。

高地集團始終堅持對任何惡意滋事、誹謗及破壞聲譽的行為採取“零容忍”態度，並堅決通過法律途徑維護自身的合法權益。

[Golden Group Statement]

To Friends from All Sectors of Society and Our Valued Partners:

With regard to the malicious harassment and property damage incident encountered by Golden Group during the IFX EXPO Asia 2025, we hereby release the final ruling issued by the Hong Kong judicial authorities as follows:

On 27 October 2025, individuals surnamed Xu, Chen, and Chen deliberately caused disturbances at the Golden Group exhibition booth during the event and intentionally damaged on-site property, seriously disrupting the exhibition order and our company’s normal business operations. Following the incident, our company immediately reported the matter to the police. The individuals involved were arrested on the spot by the Hong Kong Police and lawfully detained in accordance with the law.

The case was subsequently referred to the Hong Kong courts for trial. After more than one month of judicial proceedings, a lawful judgment was rendered in December 2025. The court determined that the three individuals had violated Section 60 (Criminal Damage) of the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200) of the Laws of Hong Kong. During the trial, all three offenders pleaded guilty to the charges and requested leniency from the court. Ultimately, the court ruled that the three offenders shall compensate the victim, Golden Group, in the amount of HKD 20,000.00 as damages.
