近日，我司在參加 iFX EXPO Asia 2025 展會 期間，遭遇個別社會人士在我司展位現場蓄意滋事並造成破壞的突發事件。

該行為已嚴重擾亂現場秩序，影響我司正常活動的進行。

經主辦方及我司工作人員及時報警處理，目前相關涉事人員已被香港警方依法刑事拘留，案件正由警方進一步偵辦，並將移交香港律政司依法處理。

該行為涉嫌觸犯香港《刑事罪行條例》（第200章）第60條之刑事毀壞他人財產罪行，一經香港公訴程式定罪，可判處監禁10年。

我司對任何惡意滋事、詆毀及破壞企業聲譽的行為，始終秉持“零容忍”態度，並將依法維護自身的合法權益。

請勿傳播、下載或轉發未經核實的相關視頻及圖片內容，以免被不實資訊誤導或對事件造成二次擴散，對我司及合作夥伴的聲譽造成不必要的影響。

[Golden Group Statement]

Recently, during our participation in the iFX EXPO Asia 2025, our company encountered a sudden incident in which certain individuals deliberately caused a disturbance and damaged property at our exhibition booth.

This malicious act seriously disrupted the order of the event and interfered with the normal progress of our exhibition activities.

Thanks to the prompt response of the event organizers and our on-site staff, the matter was immediately reported to the police. The individuals involved have been criminally detained by the Hong Kong Police, and the case is currently under further investigation. It will be transferred to the Hong Kong Department of Justice for prosecution in accordance with the law.

This behavior is suspected of violating Section 60 of the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200) of Hong Kong, which pertains to criminal damage to another person’s property. Upon conviction through public prosecution, offenders may face a maximum sentence of 10 years’ imprisonment.

Golden Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any acts of malicious disturbance, defamation, or damage to the company’s reputation, and will continue to safeguard our lawful rights and interests through legal means.
